Family Shield Insurance provides independent insurance advisory services, including comparison of insurance plans, guidance on policy selection, premium calculation assistance, and claims support. We facilitate policy applications but do not underwrite insurance risk directly.
3. Indicative Premiums & Pricing Terms (*)
All premium figures, sample rates, and calculator output estimates displayed across this website (denoted by an asterisk *) are purely indicative starting estimates for general illustration purposes. Actual premium payable differs from policy to policy based on individual parameters including age of the oldest member, medical history, pre-existing conditions, chosen sum insured, location, GST/applicable taxes, rider add-ons, and insurance company policy terms. Final binding premiums are determined solely by the issuing insurance company upon underwriting.
4. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete medical and personal information when requesting policy quotes or consultation. Incomplete or incorrect disclosure of pre-existing health conditions may result in policy cancellation or claim rejection by the insurer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Family Shield Insurance provides information and advisory services in good faith. We are not liable for decisions made based on our advisory services. All insurance contracts are between you and the respective insurance provider. We facilitate and advise but do not issue policies directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and layout designs, is the property of Family Shield Insurance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Changes to Terms
